Kelsey Artinger is a partner. Since becoming an attorney in 2014, she has practiced general liability litigation throughout California, including Commercial and Personal Lines, Products Liability, Construction Defect, and Commercial Trucking. Kelsey is also a member of the firm’s Rapid Response Team and is trained to manage and assist with post-accident investigations and resulting litigation across California.

Kelsey was a student attorney for the Boston College Immigration and Asylum Project where she litigated before the Boston Immigration Court and co-authored a successful brief to the Board of Immigration Appeals. Her past work experience also includes being staff counsel for Alliance United Insurance Company and being a law clerk to the Vice President of the Public Counsel Law Center.
