Kathy Stosuy is a partner.  She is an accomplished attorney in trial and arbitrations that involve claims of Medical Malpractice, Employment/Harassment, Nursing Home Negligence/Elder Abuse, and Premises/Auto Liability, among others.  Her experience since becoming an attorney in 1991 extends to winning appeals before Federal and California appellate courts, including the California Supreme Court.
